The English text is the binding version; translations are provided for convenience, and the English text prevails.

normic grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service. Abuse, reverse engineering and service misuse are prohibited.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Report suspicious access immediately.

The data you upload belongs to you. You grant normic inc. the processing rights needed to provide the service. See the Privacy Notice.

Unless your organization’s written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without a service-level commitment.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, normic inc. is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits.

You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights you have under your local law are unaffected.
